At Tulle Lux Bridal Company, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your wedding attire. If your selection isn't perfect, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our bridal support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment remains free of makeup, perfumes, or alterations.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to your parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
